Flag City Freedom Celebration
Wave "Ole' Glory" proudly at Flag City Freedom Celebration happening at Millington's USA Stadium (4351 Babe Howard Blvd.) compete with fireworks, concessions and kids' activities. Gates open at 4 p.m. The event is free, but parking is $5.

Bartlett Fireworks Extravaganza
Bartlett is pulling out ALL the stops with live music and ceremonies honoring veterans happening at The Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center (U.S. 79 and Appling Road) starting at 6 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. and yup! IT'S FREE!
Collierville Independence Day

Stars and Stripes 5K
If you wanna be active then head over to the Memphis Botanic Gardens (750 Cherry Road) for the annual Stars and Stripes 5K, which benefits the American Red Cross. Race set to begin at 7 p.m. (there will also be a kids race). After your run celebrate with live music, food and post-race festivities. Entrance fee is $25 in advance, $30 day of.

Cooper-Young Parade
The Cooper-Young Parade starts at the Peabody Elementary school and goes all through the Cooper-Young area! Get in on the action at 10 a.m. with children and pets invited to join.
