Why can't something like THIS happen on Live PD?!? TBH, I could TOTALLY see something like this happening.
The story goes like this, 4 women were out enjoying some summer on the lake in MN when all of a sudden they got stuck in some weeds. Now before you start asking "Well if they got out there couldn't they just get out the same way?" well, no. While they DID have paddles the weeds got too thick. Now lucky for them some cops were driving near by and the women were able to flag them down. Thankfully the cops were armed with rope and a camera!
